Jahanabad Buddha

The Jahanabad Buddha is a large, ancient rock carving of a seated Buddha in the Swat Valley, Pakistan, dating to the 7th or 8th century CE and showcasing distinctive Gandhara art style. The 7-meter (23-foot) tall sculpture is carved into a cliff face and features the Buddha in a meditative pose on a high throne, with details like snail-shell curls, ushnisha, long earlobes, and intricately folded robes.
